The obverse looks like it may have been Struck Through Oil or Grease with some metal debris mixed into it. It might sell for a couple of bucks on
ebay, if you can find the right bidder.
The zig-zag mark next to E PLURIBUS UNUM looks like a contact mark (maybe from another reeded coin?) so, I think it's Post Mint Damage. The toning may have been caused by the oil or grease from the strike through, but it doesn't add anything here.
The second coin seems to have a fingerprint just behind Sally Ride's head and another at the end of the word AMERICA. Colorful toning can add value, but the toning seen here isn't going to add any value to the coin.
You may want to buy some gloves and try to handle your coins only by the edges. Contact with the oils on your fingers and hands can cause unwanted fingerprints that, once they become visible, cannot be removed.
It's interesting that you have so many coins with the same look. Do you mean that all of the coins have the same patches on the obverse, or just the same toning?
