I think your coin belongs to the Umayyads of Spain (aka Emirate of Cordoba). Though generally 'Abbasid in style and fabric, the "taurine" shape (rounded, like Roman U) of the ligated letters lam-alif is consistent with coins attributed to the time of 'Abd al-Rahman II, 822-852, Frochoso group I-2: Album 347A.
The 'Abbasids tried to kill the entire Umayyad family but one member escaped to Spain and established an independent Umayyad emirate there. Not to be confused with coins of the original Umayyad Caliphate struck at Spanish mints.
