Not the best photograph to diagnose but it looks like it may be a linear plating bubble.
A photo with less glare would confirm.

Photo somewhat difficult to assess. Looks to be a linear plating bubble, yes.

The Die breack has no this form. Your coin has more the symptom's of the plating issues.
