I'll say MS-67RD. Knockout.

Looks to have some toning, looks to bisect the right obverse field and be distracting. The area on the left side looks like it may interrupt the cartwheel spokes - a minor distraction? Appears to be some weakness in the obverse portrait high points? Lots of minor ticks on UNITED STATES, weakness in the bottom two steps. The field below the memorial looks fairly clean but it may hurt the eye appeal with a luster break? I think those items may hold it back.

so far this one is the best example you have

the obv strike is better on this one as are the obv fields
some very minor ticks on the reverse lettering

[quote]weakness in the bottom two steps./quote]

Badthad this area is consistent between all of the 63D's that were posted. it can even be seen on the PCGS 66+RD example I posted in the previous posts. check it out. I think its die related and you can actually see the progression from this coin to the second one posted to the first one posted.

this one is really close to 67RD but these are so tough to call from photos when you are going from 66 to 66+ to 67. I would put this one aside in case its your best example and you want to grade it
