Question/Opinion/Education On My Part On 2 Half Dollars (1991 And 1976)

I feel sure the cracked coin is going to be post damage but curious what others say. The second coin has a very unusual color and texture. Again man made or caused by some other reaction. I often see very dark dull finished coins that look like they were stamped on metal. Reason? Value if any? Report this Post to the Staff
