I didn't do any contests before (at the 250, 500, or 1,000 level), but thought that perhaps I should consider it since my 2,500-post number is coming up shortly. Since I mainly collect Dutch coins and certain commemoratives, giving one of those away might not be of interest to the majority of potential participants in this contest, whom I believe are US collectors only. As a result, the prize of this contest will be a 1960 Proof Franklin half dollar graded by NGC at PF66. But if you don't want it, don't play. The contest will start when I actually hit the 2,500-post mark. In the meantime, I will think about the rules of the game. Edited by NumisEd

Regarding the rules of the contest... I just weighted my Dutch Type Set, including album and slipcover. The person who guesses the correct weight by Saturday 8 PM EST will win the contest.
