Hey guys

I'm hoping you guys could take a look at this strange 2000 dime for me that has a strange mat dull finish that weighs 2.3 grams and I can't find anything on it online and I'm thinkn that it is a silver dime, with a off center stike and without the engravers initials as well ?
Can you please take a look and let me know thanks

see if it sticks to a magnet. if it sticks, it is a normal 2000 dime.

Looks like a regular dime. The weight is slightly over but your scale only shows
it to one decimal point. Always weigh to two decimals.
A 2000 silver dime is of proof quality which would be frosted relief
on a polished background which yours is not.
With the scratches and ding on your dime, I would value it at 10 cents.
