Thanks in advance for clues on the mint location.

Usually a bee on a coin would be from Ephesos, but the bee obverse with an eagle's head reverse would have the eagle looking to the right. Your eagle appears to be looking left. Searches have not turned up a bee/eagle head combination with the eagle looking left in Wildwinds etc. However one coin that fits was found on VCoins and is apparently very rare with a price tag of US$ 650.00.

The vendor's description:
Ionia, Ephesos (Ephesus) AR Hemi-Tetartemorion. Circa 415-394 BC. Obverse: Top view of bee. Reverse: E-F Head of eagle or griffin left. References: BMC - (cf BMC 25 for similar, but heavier and head to right) Extremely Rare. Size: 6mm, 0.11g. Numismatic Notes: An extremely rare and tiny coin! This type may be unpublished! Exquisite tone and good VF!

I see eight left-facing Ephesos eagles at ACSearch.info. The three at CNG below were each estimated at $100, and sold for between $60 and $160. Links may or may not work.

It ain't magic. When searching at ACsearch.info for attribution, it's very helpful to use minuses (-) to eliminate terms from the results. Looking for a coin that has no right-facing motifs? Then be sure to add:
-right
in your search. Looking for a standing eagle coin that you know for certain is not from Ptolemaic Egypt? Then be sure to include these in your search to eliminate hundreds of Ptolemaic coins from the returns:
-Egypt
-Ptolemy
Looking for a coin with a bust and left-facing, standing figure? This would probably help avoid hundreds of coins you don't need to consider:
-seated
-right
Looking for a bronze coin that shares iconography with a number of gold coins? Then include AE in your search, but also throw in -AV and -gold.
As a general rule, if the coin you're trying to ID has no bull, eagle, or horse (motifs the ancients obviously loved), then these will likely eliminate a thousand or more useless returns: -bull, -eagle, -horse.
I often have many more terms with minuses than terms I am actually hoping to see present in my returns. It's not a perfect system since returns include listings in languages besides English. Also, something like -right won't eliminate an English listing where the abbreviation "r." was used instead of the word "right". So, sometimes coins you are hoping to avoid can still slip through. But, still, it's often very helpful to devote some effort to narrowing down the search results by eliminating terms.
