Here it is an 1941-D which I believe is an MS-63 ? FS-801 ?
What is your tough on this one? I try here to follow Wexler's list here in the quote, VV has to many photos and I think only two of theirs markers miss on this coin.

Description: A strong CCW spread from a pivot at about 8:00 shows on QUARTER DOLLAR, USA, EPU, and the leaves on the left.

Die Markers: Obverse Stage B: A die crack runs east across the upper forehead and into the hair. A die crack runs across the base of the bust. Reverse Stage B: A die crack runs down the eagle's right wing. A die crack runs through the BUS in PLURIBUS to the upper left wing. A short die crack runs east from the back of the eagle's head.
