This is as far as I got - It says #19971;#24425;#33457; which means colourful flowers (literally "7 color flower") if that helps? My internet is not displaying any results? Pachinko are Japanese pinball-like games and pachinko parlours are one of the few places in Japan where gambling is technically legal, but they are required by law to use tokens rather than cash.
