I think yes, and if yes indeed then this is the best 1909 S VDB I've seen on ebay so far

I am not an expert, But would not touch this with a 10 ft. pole

This is the 1st item he has ever sold.

The pictures are way to small and blurry.

If you want to spend that kind of money buy from some one with a reputation or buy certified from the big 3

Yeah, horrible listing. Too much money to spend on crappy pictures and not return policy defined. Not to mention his 1 feedback!

Please do not bid on this! Coin looks way too "clean" if you ask me.

I'm highly skeptical...there's something about Lincoln's bust and the finish that does not look 1909, rather much later. The relief and color looks...modern.
Crazy money for a telescope shot of an "1909-S VDB".

In my opinion that coin is not genuine. Let me be plain - it is a fake (in my opinion).

A coin that old would have some kind of patina. It's either cleaned, plated, or fake. (IMO)

Way way fake, just look at the relief. That coin is as flat as a modern cent. Old cents, especially one being in that condition, would have some definite meat on them.

Even if it was real, how can he expect to sell a high end coin with crappy photos. Like the others have said-NO NO NO.

He doesn't have any other auctions.

The buyer either was ignorant, or took a huge gamble hoping that paypal protection would kick in if necessary. But with only one item to sell, the seller looks to be trying a hit-and-run. Maybe the buyer is an ignorant gambler. :)

Even with the crappy pictures I can tell it's a fake.
