It looks to be left facing? I thought it was roman "Jesus Risen Sun" but now I don't think it is?

It could be Alexandria, Heraclea, Cyzicus, Nicomedia or Antioch, but you need to be able to read the mintmark.

@big, it is always preferable to post pictures with the coin not yet in the protective 2x2 as the plastic can add glare. Any chance of you adding pics of the bare coin to this thread? Thx.
