Where are you seeing doubling? What attribution number do you think it might be?

Photos are a bit blurry and soft. Not seeing a doubled die though.

There are three well documented 1995 Doubled Die Obverse variety. The attached photo from PCGS Coinfacts shows what to look for on the DDO-001, which is the best known of the three.

with the others as I can't see any doubling, but sharper photos are needed to say for sure.

As for possible doubling on the ONE CENT, http://www.varietyvista.com/ has no listings for a 1995 Doubled Die Reverse.

Sharp photos may help, but from these images I'm not seeing any doubling.
