Might need another opinion on this coin it maybe a double or multiple strike coin but like I said need another opinion.Interesting

Not my area but I am seeing a stained coin,like what we call a cup holder coin . Please point out the doubling.

If it's just staining, then yes, what's happened here is that it was sitting in a pile of coins in a chemically hostile environment - like a pool or fountain - for a while.

Looks like a small coin sat atop this dollar in a hostile environment. They may have been stuck together by soda residue or another sticky substance. Try a soak in pure acetone to see if it cleans up.
