Has a strange mark above the top of the 5 and a small tail to the 5 . Is this a d5 or clash or ?

This is a double punched 5, First reported by Ken Potter s about twnety years ago then in the 50c Variety section of Charltons 68th Catalog Page 312.

There is a die clash mark in the upper part of the crown on the Reverse. Sorry, I missed it.
