I found this on ebay and it says it has a lamination, which I see, but the toning on this one looks fake to me or something. I'm probably wrong, but this coin looks off to me. This is a nice coin though, so what would you guys say the grade is?

I'd say high AU sharpness, but that sort of (presumed) planchet flaw is a real drawback visually. It's such a common coin - I'd wait for a nicer one.

I think it was cleaned, with the photo angle hiding the hairlines.

Common V-Nickel AU -55 ,does not look cleaned to me . Toning seems natural , not off . Planchet flaw diminishes any eye appeal it may have .

lighting and angle can be hiding anything. I dont like it and I agree this is such a common coin i'd find one that looks better and has better photos

Toning is not inconsistent with what I would expect to see
Could be a planchet void, but could also be PMD
Photos somewhat questionable, this would be a hard pass for me

Hey, that rhymed... :P
