The belly of the eagle has a raised up center and the little scratches are pretty well the same some go different direction I thought maybe welder but idk it looks smashed from the side of the belly and there is a little piece of something or maybe just a scratch hard to tell on the wing also

The bump on eagle does line up like right inside that ear where seem little deeper not much it is hard to tell for me but I do see what your talking about it looks pushed in just a little so probably just something someone did with a hammer or something I'm guessing
