I'm heading to the Florida keys in the month of December and know there are a few shops in key west that sell coins from sunken treasures. Any recommendation would be appreciated. Was thinking of buying a few for grandkids for I'm sure I will be over paying what they could be sold for on the open market any insight and options greatly welcomed
Rest in Peace

I'm pretty sure that Mel Fisher has a shop in Key West displaying and possibly selling shipwreck coins and artifacts . If you can find him you won't have to worry about fakes and counterfeits . He's 100% genuine . But beware of small tourist trap shops that sell fakes .
