Lemons91 New Member United States 0 Posts	Posted 11/14/2022 02:31 am Hello, Coin Community Family. I would like to introduce myself as a full-time parent of two children. I have recently began collecting coins and banknotes so I can pass most of them down to my children. I'm hoping as they grow older they will do the same. About ten years I tried to collect some coins and notes, but I hit a rough patch in life and had to sell them. However, my father just recently got ahold of me about some coins and banknotes that I asked him to lock up. I had completely forgotten about them, and now I am collecting again. 10 years ago I just kept whatever looked cool or anything that was older than 1970. I didn't know if they were worth anything, I knew nothing about the currencies history, and had no clue that coins and notes had errors. This time around I want to document everything about what I'm collecting for my future generations to keep hopefully. Plus I just really enjoy the beauty of the coins, the designs and taking in every detail. The good folk here will steer you on a proper course. Ask anything about the hobby. The only stupid question is the one that you don't ask. There is also an excellent search function which should help you out a lot too. Take a good look around and explore all of the forums and topics. Enjoy. The Ox moves slowly, but the Earth is patient.
