I picked this one up from the local market. I've had no luck with searches. Any info would be great.
An image of Apollo on one side. An the Mediterranean Sea on the other side with a line joining Cyprus and Greece. Dated 1981. OTE. CYTA. STC. And Apollon written in Greek characters.
Made of bronze, 63 x 5 mm and 109.5 g or 3.87 oz

The medal itself I cannot find, but I guess it commemorates the commissioning in 1981 of the APOLLO submarine cable system connecting Cyprus with Greece, involving the telecom companies from Greece (OTE - Organismós Tilepikoinonión Elládos) and Cyprus (CYTA - Cyprus Telecommunications Authority) and the systems supplier STC Submarine Systems.

And to Coin Community!
