Glad you saw this - I meant to update my posts on the Michigan site.
PCGS would not look at it (after I sent photos) or comment on it and everyone they recommend to look at it in person within driving distance who were PCGS affiliated declined. So my guess is it either truly is not a reeded edge or is so corroded it is of know interest to true numismatists.

@Windmiller - this is an unusual site - my old map research shows it to be a pioneer homestead barn site circa 1790.the home/cabin was across the road and that is now a modern housing development unfortunately. But this barn site is producing a lot of colonial relics like shoe buckle frames and tombac dandy buttons, crock shards and lots of buttons. very little modern junk except for the occasional tractor part or road junk, like tabs and cans..

if it were a reeded edge even in this poor condition it would 100% be of interest to quite a few people.

for reference this one sold for a bit more than $30k in 2019.
