ok on this 1991 D quarter on the reverse what is that in front of the beak is it an error or variety plus on the obverse is there something going on with the eyelid and what is that mark on the thoat is any of it collectable

Is that mark in front of the beak raised or incuse?

Looks incuse on the feathers. If so, then it is coin damage. Note a die issue. A clash mark would be slightly raised:

I see a normal variety for the 1991. The eye is normal for 1989 to 1991 years. The neck feathers was hit. In the front of the beck I see incuse as I see behind the head, so must be circulation marks.

I am curious to know from where is come the appellation Varieties Plus (curious).
