I had this on another post without a response. If this is a ball and serif MM, is it right side up or inverted? I'm not sure which way it was supposed to be. Gee, so much stuff to learn.

They are both about equal in value.The ball/serif has a lower mintage

That's a normal coin. If the ball were on the bottom it would be inverted.
