I'm at MS-66RD ; Small scratch just below hairline on obverse .

My only concern is the right obverse field. One medium hit on the lapel and a few very light stains. Based on the pictures I can't take more than 3 points off.
For sure at least 66 but with luster and eye appeal, I like it as a 67.

nice, biggest hit looks to be on the lapel, what are those dark marks along Abe's jaw? -1 for soft focus on assumption it is hiding things, MS65

Come on now, hiding things, that would be me taking an iPhone picture on mass glare But the black goo looks like grease and not a rub. You also see it around 2 in the field of the obverse, what no one has pointed out and what I am concerned about is this gooey substance on the reverse at 630, looks like petroleum. at PCGS, it would get 66+ I think, at CAC, lets see when I submit my first submission

once you get above 66 its tough to accurately make the call from photos as there is almost always some shadowing and hidden flaws and when you are at that level any type of discoloration in the fields or flaws will affect the grade as well as strike.
I'm going to nit-pick here as its important to pull an elusive 67
I'm thinking the color change on the obv right and left fields is due to lighting/angle. a very light scuff along the jaw. there is a tick on the lapel. the shoulder is pretty clean which is important. on the reverse, based on the photo, it looks like the strike is a little light especially the right stock kernels.
the coin is a solid MS66RD and most likely a star. I've looked at several online and a lot have more marks on them than yours and some have discoloration in the field. I think it has a good shot at 67. the only thing that would hold it back imo is a tad light on strike.

Looks better than a 66, the "scratch" blow the hairline appears to be the beginnings of a die crack to me. Really nice coin

At least MS-66RD but could be better. I'll say MS-66+ RD based on these photos.

ahhh...the one grade stigma a lot of us face. I believe yours is a 67 based on the open field contact marks or lack thereof...but really a 68 I can't see more then 2 points deducted...so now we're at 68...are they willing to say that...? Seems like they always hold back because another one will roll down the line...idk...kind of like the old holder mentality...hold back because a better one will show up? Too many ryes tonight...so I gotta go to bed. I think it's a 67* beautiful coin! smat
