I have read through a good chunk of a few previous threads on this subject. I have no doubt that I will invest in this system and am convinced it is the best one out there. I also understand the many comments about whether or not to invest in this system for coins like Jefferson nickels, where the premise is that the storage system is worth more than the coins. While this may or may not be true (depending on the grades for those coins), it will not deter me from getting these albums for ALL of my coins, eventually. Why? Because I am doing so as a collector and want to keep my collection looking great for the proverbial "forever". Another reason? I have grandsons interested in coin collecting....I am in fact starting one grandson in collecting nickels over this Thanksgiving holiday. I want him to see how I value my coins and how I value protecting how they look. And one day, my collection will be passed down to one or more of my grandkids.

But I digress.....

My purpose for writing this post is because of some frustration with the CAPS website, so I am hoping for some information from those who have purchased items from this company.

1. There is no option from their menu system for asking them a question. No phone number. No email address. No online chat. I lucked out (or so I thought) by doing a Google search for CAPS customer service, and it took me to a contact form to submit to them. I typed in my question and was ready to submit it. I had to click the reCapcha check box, and got the check mark. Clicked to send the message3. It said "the characters didn't match the picture". Unlike most reCapcha screens, this one never displayed a picture to be matched or the pictures to choose from to match it. It appears that it just refreshed the screen, leaving my message there, and not sending the message.

2. The overall website requires a lot of searching to get answers. Not very friendly.

So......if you have any way that I can contact them electronically, please post that here. At worst, I did find a street address......but that is so old school! Very annoying.

I was able to contact, buy, and ask questions on the CAPS website years ago. Looks like they have changed their website. I had good luck with another supplier who handles everything you will need for CAPS supplies. Here is their contact information. Good luck. https://www.valleycoin.com/about-us
