i had it at AU53 maybe 55. not sure whats going on behind the head on the field. could have been on the planchet or PMD

Die clashes. This specific overton variety is notorious for it, as well as a very weak strike.

Actually not a clash or PMD. It is a die line that is a signature for the O-107. I am not exactly sure if this is a die defect or a developing die crack, I would need an example to study in hand. I see photos of the defect possibly growing, so it may be a die break in a strange spot. Also, this die pair struck the pattern platinum strikes. A very cool marriage with a story.

In the future do not say what you think it grades in your initial post.

That no doubt skews everything and is not acceptable at any TPG.
