Correct. Machine Doubling. Caused by the machine. These strikes will usually be different each strike or even normal. Just depends on how loose the machine is. On a doubled die, the devices on these single squeeze dies will be in the center area of the designs:
LP-2 Reverse DDR
On these LP-1-4 designs, DDR will be on the center area of the reverse designs.
