Alright so I found this online and I know you guys are thinking "you're dumb" because there are so many fakes of these but this one looked different than some fakes that I have seen. The doubling looks real to me, but this is me just getting hopeful probably. Any thoughts?

I compared it to the PCGS pictures and look at the similarities

If it's too cheap I'd be suspicious. Otherwise, seller might as well slab it to sell for full value.

Even if genuine this is a details coin due to the gashes on Lincoln's head. I'd stay away for that reason alone.

Note Liberty. The devices are backwards on these fakes.
Note on the real ones, the Lower letters On Liberty are on top of the devices?

@ OP , If your looking to purchase a 55-P DDO-001 then make sure it is authenticated by PCGS or NGC . Be prepared to spend a pretty penny ( no pun intended ) .

Dr. coop's images are confusing to me. Are the first two PCGS images those of a genuine coin?

A lot of info, but a bit confusing to me. If I interpret correctly, the OP's coin is a fake. Is this correct? Part of my reasoning is that on the real one the B and R of Liberty is a bit of a jumbled mess, where they are more distinct on the fake.
