went to our coin club last night and we had a bourse sell and I got my first Britania, not the nicest looking but not bad, I bought it for the price of silver $10.00 so I thought that was not bad it is a 1999

It looks like or I am not sure if it is just turning black around the edges, I am not really good at how to tell if it is toning or just bad color. of course they are probaly the same thing. so I guess it must be toning.

This is such a great design.
Next time you hear "they don't make em like they use too", show them this coin. 1999. A 2 pound, one ounce, silver coin.

Thats a pretty cool coin. Is that a reverse proof? the devices look mirrored while the fields are frosted. pretty neat.

OK I didnt put it into the right words sorry about that I didnt mean reverse as the side of the coin I mean its the opposite of the proofs ive seen. instead of the devices bein frosted its the other way around.
