I stumbled on a roll of 2021 Lincoln Shield Cents with some Double Die action,

It's a combination of lighting glare and DDD ( Die Deterioration Doubling)

Looks like Machine Doubling to me, but I am no expert.

Yes it could be Die Deterioration Doubling as well.
