This 64 is kinda cool looking, The R in liberty and the bold lines under the date! Do not have a clue

The lines under the date are die gouges from a real aggressive cleaning to remove a previous clash. Looks like they got carried away. The R is a die chip. Part of the die is deteriorating in that area. It happens to many dies during their like. We have the hard copies to prove it!

How about the die gouge over the second T in TRUST? Is there one there? It appeared on your images unless it was a piece of lint?
