Literally just found a $5 bill series 2013 with serial number 11009988. All I could gather was a 98.8 cool rating. Anyone know its worth from a collector's point of view? Or at least point me in the right direction for I have no clue what to do next besides gather info on what exactly I have stumbled upon in my tips. Much appreciated for any info or even just a thumbs up lol.

The experts here say the 'cool factor' is worthless relative to associating collector value to a bill.

Photos will help determine what you have but the key factor is condition. If it has any circulation wear then I suggest it is worth $5.

The Coolness Index website is a double edged sword. It's great because it gets people interested in their serial numbers but it's bad because it gives them false hope of potential value.

If you like it, keep it. You can always spend it down the road.
