Luster is outstanding but it's a normal copper colored original cent from an OBW roll. PCGS won't give you that little boost, since the coin is normal and not toned the way some graders like! The image is about 20X, so any marks are twice the size of a loupe the TPG's would use.

nice reverse strike. steps look good on this one. only a couple minor marks there. obv a little weak on the strike (typical) fairly clean shoulder with a couple very small marks. a few minor ticks on the lapel and possibly some discoloration on the fields but it can be from the lighting which can be a challenge. I can see at MS66RD but not higher

At least 66RD, tough to decide this or the other one is better.

With the marks on the jaw and lapel I can't get past MS-65RD.
