I would guess VG-F. Too many perimeter rips and stained folds, and the one rip that goes into the note on the bottom left corner. Also, the paper's not that bright...but at least it's still in 1 piece.

If you were to submit that to PMG or PCGS I would expect it to grade at either Good 6 to Very Good 8 .

i think more like G to VG also a lot of little rips there
