A currency converter can be found here for example: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
But keep in mind that the coin depicted is an "old" zloty (please) which was replaced by the new zloty (PLN) in 1995. So you would have to divide the result by 10,000 ...

The zloty was (and still is) the local equivalent of a dollar; there are 100 groszy to the zloty.

Back in 1950 when the coin was first issued, it would have been worth around 20 to 50 cents by the official exchange rates, but Poland was a communist country; the zloty was not freely convertible, and the exact exchange rate depended on who was doing the exchanging, and for what purpose.

As communism collapsed in Poland in the 1980's, the value of the zloty collapsed with it and severe inflation set in. For a brief time in the late 1980's, the zloty was the second-worst currency in the world, surpassed only by the Vietnamese dong.

As chrisild said, the "old zloty" was replaced with the "new zloty" in 1995. Communist-era coins are now obsolete, and only of value to coin collectors.

The Thailand coin is a 5 baht dated to the year 2534, according to the Buddhist calendar used in Thailand. BE 2534 equates to AD 1991. The coin is current; five Thai baht is currently worth about US14¢ face value.
