I have this toonie. Firstly, can someone tell me if this is a mint error coin? And, secondly, please tell me what would be a rough value of this coin? Thank you in advance.

It's worth $2. Someone has removed the core and rotated it or removed it and reinserted it. It's easy to do with heat and cold. We see many of these posted on here. Someone just playing.
