I have an ICCS graded 1859 Canada penny graded vf 30 narrow 9 dbl 85. I cant nail down whether its a common error or not and the value .It also has a triple punched O in One but not mentioned by ICCS as they only look at the date. Please help.

It would not be an error, it is a variety.
I'm sure Bill or one of our other Vickie experts
will be able to help with the rarity.

Hi-You need to photograph both sides and close up to try and identify the coin.
Try here yourself -look for die cracks and the double 85 and any other marks that may help.

I don't have time to go through all the ID's for the actual Haxby number, but it's either 164 or 165 and it's a little hard to find, but not scarce or rare. It's a rarity 2, so maybe 15-20 retail in that condition.

it's either 164 or 165

Haxby numbers 164 and 165 have the same reverse die J6 which has that very recognizable repunched O in ONE.

The Obverse is either 47 (164) or 47a (165). You'll have to compare the obverse to the Haxby catalog pages to determine which one it is.

As Okiecoiner said, they are both R2 which is fairly common.
