I am interested in this coin but my concern is the reddish colors on it .
Do you think that can be removed without damaging the coin ?

Definitely not a fan. You'll never be happy with that discoloration, price aside.

$40 , I just thought if I can remove that color, it would be worth it. .

My guess - you won't remove that color without altering the surfaces to a "details" grade.
