got this nice looking 64 dollar that has the attributes of a PL dollar, such as a reflected field and the die damage/shoulder burn seen on most PL dollars, is this coin just a early MS strike or is it a somewhat circulated PL coin? I was thinking 62 if it was PL or 63-64 if it was MS. Thanks!

The rims are square. That looks like an impaired (circulated) PL strike to me.
