What's the diameter? Maybe this Napoleon III 10 centimes coin.

It's a hair over 1" so that might be it. I see it was demonetized in 1935, so, this may have been countermarked some time soon after that. Thanks @Zurie.

definitely a Napoleon III copper. Can't tell which denomination without size, though 10 centimes seems likely. [EDIT: almost certain at this size.]

I suspect that the coin was already very worn when the stamps were applied.
