that's a common area for weakness because Abe's coat takes lots of metal to fill on the other side, but additionally this one might have had some grease interfering with the strike, fairly common so no premium

Note the devices that are affected? They are wider than normal. So it is a Struck Through Grease issue.
Note how the grease prevent the strike on that area?
How can I tell? Well if the die has grease in it, it fills the deepest void area. Affecting the height of the devices on the strikes of the coins. The more grease in the void, then the shorter and wider the devices will appear on the coins struck with that die.

On some coins this area shows a weaker strike. But the differences are in the width of the devices between the die/striking events.

Note on the top image, how the devices are normal on that one area. That is where the pressure during the strike was not altered by the strike pressure. (because the weight perhaps was slightly under weight?) Thus the Grease Fill continues with the pressure over that area of the strike.

CoopHome: Grease fill or lower weight planchet issue? Grease Fill prevents strike. underweight issue transfers just what metal is there weakly.

I have to agree with Nick on this one (and others like it) It simply be a Grease Filled Die in this exact location all the time on MANY many different mints, years. and such.

Grease is often found in the area noticed on the reverse.
