This is a pretty mild error, but picked it up in a batch I bought recently. Since my last effort at calling a quarter "collar clash" was so far wildly wrong that the coin actually ended up in
CoinWorld magazine, I thought I would try again. Sort of. I'm calling this NOT collar clash. My guess here is that the obverse was the anvil die, and the pushed up reeding around K10 was just a bit of the collar actually sticking up and nicking the coin in that area during the strike. As expected, the coin has no actual edge reeding.
