Hello all,

Yuletide felicitations. Just posted this in the acquisition thread, but wondered about grade. Evenly toned with nice lustre around the periphery, and pretty much perfect rims. This is the "no incuse dots" variety of the 1851, which seems to be much scarcer.

I'd settle for uncirculated, or MS62/63. Your expert eyes and thoughts are most welcome please.

I finally got round to getting some coins graded, and just got them back. Very happy with this one at MS65.

Wow! Fantastic coin and congratulations on the grade, Kipster!
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures
