The others thoughts I will follow. I have hard time to open detail your photos. Maybe you can put on Web photo, will be better if you can. "Push Doubling" mean MD form. The link I give to you explain well. If necessary, PM me and I will explain more about the Hub Doubling which will end in DDO or DDR. A closer view on these might show it that is the case there. (STATES OF)~~ Looking at your images, the States Of is the same on all the coins you have posted, so it is normal.
