Heres a 1969 thats either damaged, or shows a odd tripple ear re-punch? I'm leaning towards damage, but the amount of force it takes to damage a coin in this way would show more damage then this. Opinions welcomed

It looks like post-mint damage ( PMD), but the picture is too blurry to tell much. Could you retake a less blurry picture that is closer to the coin?

Without better photos in focus, I too agree it appears to be just post mint damage. .

Photo of both sides of a coin is best. As of now looks like PMD not an error.
