This is a tad out of my knowledge base of errors, so just needing some different eyes on this.
Found this coin roll hunting yesterday...

Aside from light circulation, I also observe some post mint damage along the obverse rim. The reverse seems to be weakly struck or struck thru grease on Monticello. I want to possibly say rim finning going on, but not sure.

Yeah, I saw the slight MAD, and the other thing I might add is it could be a slightly tilted die. Coop might shed some observation here

I'm not too sure that the stuff along the rim is PMD though - notice how it is 'under' the lettering? The raised devices above the field seem unaffected by the deep trenches
