Just came across this 1999 one cent with possible DDR-002, 2-R-VIII. Any thought on this?

I don't think it's that one it does not have Die Chip at Left Eave or Die Crack from Right Cornice to Rim.

I did a side by side with yours and VV's 002 and 016, not sure either of us were right. Maybe check cc's 010 and there are a few on Wexler's in the 40's that looked close. Maybe check for markers. As for the markers on 016, you have to remember that different die stages, will show the coin with changing markers, some that have not come yet and some that have went away.
