1987 Penny With Multiple Issue On OBV And Rev.

The obverse seems to be struck off-center with some rim finning and an indentation that may be another strike. The reverse has some issues around the "O" in one cent and the edge of the Memorial steps. What do you folks think? Post Mint damage or otherwise? Report this Post to the Staff
