I didn't know what to put in subject line to describe it.

With my set up I had to take 14 different pictures so to show all the words around the coin. Both obverse and reverse has the same problem. If you need to see the rest I'd be happy to add them.
The coin sorta looks out of ( round?) Just looks odd.
It weighs 5.00g

Here's the first half.
These are the most extreme which is opposite part of the coin and obviously obverse and reverse.

Thanks for looking and opinions.

neat example, I'd say late stage dies plus overpolishing, the mint mark looks like a J!

My question is why the bottom is LDS on both sides, and MDS on the top, Maybe the dies didn't get annealed right.

My thought was. They were trying to get every cent worth out of both those dies.
Also thought like Cujohn mentioned.

Just for kicks here's the rest of the pictures.

The 1964 strikes was gone on 1964 and 1965 due to the major demand for coins from Reserve. Cu and Rob are right. They reuse in 1965 all the dies they can to finish the production. This coin must be one of the latest batches done and come in the market much more later.
