Here's a 1795 Half Cent that I'm curious to hear everyone's thoughts on. As with many of these early Half Cents, the date is quite weak. However, upon close examination, it is clear that this coin is a 1795. Is this coin worth grading?

poor lighting to accurately see the surfaces and cant see date in these photos due to shadows.

retake photos using the following and see if you can get better photos. try to fit the entire coin in the view finder

1. turn off flash
2. place coin on flat surface with indirect natural light. maybe a window sill in a cloudy day. Use a black or white background to avoid any reflective color
3. move phone about 3in from coin
4. zoom in using your fingers until the coin comes into focus and fills the camera
5. hold phone steady. if you cant then place something on either side of the coin (like books) at that distance and lay phone between them. this will hold it steady and allow you to zoom and take the photo without any blurring

Some updated photos (the date is still hard to capture, but it's certainly a 1795).

Pics are too dark to see much. The reverse is better, maybe G-4 to G-6, but the obverse looks very weak in these pictures, especially the date, maybe AG-3 on the obverse.
